A LPN/LVN float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patientdocumentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
