About the role
A LPN/LVN float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality and compassionate care, enhancing the reputation of AHF through multifunctional patient care and collaboration across assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director.
You will provide patient education, ensure accuracy in patient documentation, demonstrate competency in nursing procedures, and offer leadership support as needed. As a passionate advocate for AHF’s top initiatives, you will uphold the organization’s Core Values and Mission in all actions.
AHF operates in a dynamic environment with a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The LPN/LVN float will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure adherence to protocols.
