LPN ($5K Retention Bonus)

About the role

A LPN/LVN float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. You will enhance AHF’s reputation by delivering multifunctional, quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Your role includes providing patient education, ensuring accuracy in patient documentation, demonstrating competency in nursing procedures, and offering leadership support as needed. You will be a passionate advocate for AHF’s top initiatives while upholding the organization’s Core Values and Mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, high-quality, and compassionate care to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams at assigned Healthcare Centers.
• Deliver patient education and support.
• Ensure accurate and thorough patient documentation.
• Perform nursing procedures with competency.
• Provide leadership support as needed.
• Advocate for AHF’s initiatives while aligning with its Core Values and Mission.

Requirements

• Active NY LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
