Registered Nurse - $5,000 Retention Bonus

About the role

DaVita is seeking a Nurse to work in an outpatient dialysis center. The position does not require previous dialysis experience and training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than the assigned home clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way, similar to how you would want your own care to be.
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, using your head, heart, and hands each day.

Requirements

• A.D.N. from an accredited school of nursing, or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may substitute for a nursing degree.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is preferred.
