About the role
Meadow Ridge at Ridge Crest Skilled Nursing Center in Redding, Connecticut is now hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) positions.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status
- Observe and report significant changes in resident condition
- Cook up care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers
- Schedule and support Resident Care Assistants
- Promote resident independence while meeting care needs
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional service
Requirements
- Current Connecticut RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- One to two years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with older adults preferred

Pay
Hourly wage range: $47-$51/hour
Schedule
- Full-Time: 30 hours/week, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with every other weekend
- Part-Time: 7a-3p -22.5 Hours including e/o weekend
