Director of Nursing - $5,000 retention bonus

Dungarvin · Indianapolis, IN · 1 mo ago
On-siteManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "A LITTLE ABOUT US" and "WE OFFER". The job description includes responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (deadline for internal applications, etc). Also remove "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dungarvin, Compass, Cambrian are equal opportunity employers." etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - About us: mission, history, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "A LITTLE ABOUT US" is about company. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: maybe the description of role: "The Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership..." That's job description. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The "What You Get To Do:" list is responsibilities. - Responsibilities: list of duties: Nursing Leadership & Team Development, Clinical Operations & Quality, Compliance & Risk Management, Strategic Partnership & Clinical Support. - Requirements: maybe "Qualifications MUST HAVE" and "NICE TO HAVE"? Actually "Qualifications" heading could contain both must have and nice to have? But we have separate "Qualifications" and "Skills". The instruction: Use headings for Qualifications, Skills. So we need to separate qualifications (education, licensure, experience) and skills (critical for success). Also "Requirements" maybe for mandatory qualifications? But we have "Qualifications" heading; we could put must-have qualifications there. "Skills" heading for critical skills. - Benefits: we have "WE OFFER:" includes compensation, work environment, team culture, work schedule, travel requirement, retirement plan, hardware stipend, time away, insurance & health, employee perks, job mobility, mileage reimbursement. Also Pay and Schedule sections: we need separate Pay and Schedule if present. The posting includes "Compensation: Starting $90,000 with $5,000 retention bonus" => Pay. Also "Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, On call as needed." => Schedule. Also "Work Environment: Onsite/Hybrid(2-3 days per month) in Indianapolis, IN". That could be part of Benefits or maybe separate but not a heading. We'll include under Benefits. - Benefits: list of benefits: Retirement Plan, Company-Provided Hardware and Cellphone Stipend, Time Away (PTO), Insurance & Health, Employee Perks, Job Mobility, Mileage Reimbursement. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, deadline for internal applications, etc. Also remove "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dungarvin, Compass, Cambrian are equal opportunity employers. The deadline for internal applications is set for two weeks from the date of the job posting. 9/21/26 #DIDBoostJ". Remove that. Also remove "A LITTLE ABOUT US:" heading? We'll convert to

About the role

maybe? But "A LITTLE ABOUT US" is about company, not role. However we could treat as "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we should map company overview to "About the role"? Might be okay. Or we could omit About the role if not specific to role. But we have substantive content about company mission; maybe we can put under "About the role" as description of organization and role context. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must use all; we can choose which sections have real content. So we can include About the role with the company mission paragraph. Responsibilities: the "What You Get To Do:" list. Requirements: maybe we could include "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications? But we already have Qualifications heading. The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. Since we have "Qualifications MUST HAVE" and "NICE TO HAVE", we could put mandatory under Qualifications, and nice-to-have maybe under Skills? But Skills heading is for critical skills. Actually we have "SKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS:" list. That's skills. So we will put that under Skills heading. Thus: - About the role: company mission paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Nursing Leadership & Team Development, Clinical Operations & Quality, Compliance & Risk Management, Strategic Partnership & Clinical Support). Each as
  • . - Qualifications: must-have qualifications: Education, Licensure & Certifications, Experience, Clinical Expertise, Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge, Leadership & Operational Management, Training & Education, Technical Skills. We'll format as
    • each bullet maybe with sub-bullets? We'll keep as
    • with content. - Skills: critical skills list: Clinical Leadership & Team Development, Communication & Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving, Organization & Operational Excellence, Regulatory & Quality Focus, Adaptability & Accountability. - Benefits: list of benefits from WE OFFER: Compensation? Actually compensation goes to Pay. Work Environment maybe part of Benefits? But we have separate Pay and Schedule. We'll put Work Environment, Team Culture, Travel Requirement, Retirement Plan, Company-Provided Hardware and Cellphone Stipend, Time Away, Insurance & Health, Employee Perks, Job Mobility, Mileage Reimbursement under Benefits. - Pay: Starting $90,000 with $5,000 retention bonus. - Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM CST, On call as needed. Also mention Work Environment Onsite/Hybrid (2-3 days per month) in Indianapolis, IN maybe under Benefits or Schedule? But schedule heading only for schedule; we can include work environment under Benefits. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. Now produce HTML:
