RN Field Nurse Educator - Home Health

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN to serve as an Educator and guide the next generation of home health nurses.

Responsibilities

- Support new clinicians through hands-on education, mentorship, and real-time guidance in the field. - Ensure safe, thoughtful, and patient-centered care across local communities.

Requirements

- Active RN license. - Home Health and OASIS experience required. - Strong communication and teaching skills. - Organized, reliable, and confident in clinical decision-making. - Willingness to travel throughout our local service territory.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. - Experience in a home health setting preferred.

Pay

$75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.
