Work Schedule: 70% FTE, day shifts Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays. Location: DeForest-Windsor Clinic, Windsor, WI.
About the role

- Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family-centered environment.

- Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 6 months of RN experience required; relevant RN experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact (upon hire).
- CPR/BLS Certification (upon hire).
- Applicable clinical certification preferred.
