Role Overview

Provides leadership and oversight in patient care within a clinic setting, working under the general direction of a practitioner or Clinic Supervisor. Supervises healthcare delivery and fosters effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff to ensure safe, respectful, and cost-effective care. Responsible for assessing, evaluating, implementing, and following up on patient care activities, ensuring clinical competence and patient dignity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Washington RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • At least 18 months of professional nursing experience

Key Duties

  • Supervise healthcare service delivery in the clinic
  • Establish effective team relationships for optimal patient care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety
  • Collaborate with staff to organize and deliver quality healthcare
