Part-Time Clinic Nurse

Role: Clinic RN or LPN providing patient-centered outpatient care. Responsibilities: Support providers with assessments, triage, treatments, and procedures.Administer medications and vaccinations.Coordinate follow-up care and document in the EHR.Reinforce care plans and provide education to patients and families.Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
