About the role
This position involves assessing, evaluating, implementing, and following up on direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a practitioner or Clinic Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supervising healthcare delivery in a clinic setting
- Establishing effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, respectful, and cost-effective healthcare that maintains patient dignity
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington RN License upon hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
