RN Executive Director Home Care Olean

Primary Responsibilities

• Captures and completes assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long-range objectives.
• Oversight of patient eligibility for home care services, planning and supervising the provision of these services.
• Implementation and maintenance of administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Improvement of agency profitability and motivation and retention of a qualified staff while ensuring the quality of services delivered.
• Liaison with management staff and other departments within the company.

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Home care experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Home care experience.
• Able to work independently.

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary for this role will range from $90,000 to $95,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
