RN Executive Director - Home Health

Primary Responsibilities

• Captures and completes assigned projects to support the company’s objectives
• Oversight of patient eligibility, service planning, and staff supervision
• Implementation and maintenance of administrative practices, agency policies, and regulatory compliance
• Improvement of agency profitability and staff motivation
• Liaison with management and other departments

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory/administrative experience in home healthcare or related field
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or public transportation access
• Preferred: Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire, home care experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary for this role ranges from $77,472 to $116,208 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
