Requirements
- Oversee all aspects of agency operations including business development and program management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations related to home care
- Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor patient care delivery to maintain the highest quality standards
- Address client needs and manage complaints in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Proven leadership and management experience in home health care or a related field
- Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented approach
