Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care at a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering cooperative relationships within healthcare teams
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
