About the role

Guthrie is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Employee Health team at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. This role is designed for nurses who want to step away from traditional patient care while still making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Administers programs, policies, and procedures for the Guthrie Clinic population.
• Supports immunizations and manages employee health needs.
• Helps drive a culture of wellness across the organization.
• Collaborates with internal partners to support the health and safety of fellow caregivers.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania and New York State.
• Completion of Drug Screening Training Certificate, CAQHC Hearing Conservation Technician Training, and Fit Test Training within 1 year of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in an equivalent setting.
• Demonstrated ability in solving complex problems, developing comprehensive health programs, and utilizing systems for control of extensive information.
• Ability to manage an independent departmental function.
