We are seeking a professional Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and delivering patient care during hospitalization. Key Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive, age-appropriate assessments and reassessments, documenting findings accurately.Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and protocols.Implementing and documenting nursing interventions, administering medications, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.Providing patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with physician orders.Recognizing changes in patient conditions, taking appropriate actions, and involving families in decision-making.Delivering specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.Ensuring safety, infection control, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.Demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and adherence to quality standards and policies.Fostering effective communication, teamwork, and respectful relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.Participating in performance improvement, evidence-based practices, and ongoing education initiatives. Qualifications And Skills Required Current RN license in applicable states with BLS certification.Ability to perform age-specific care and interpret clinical data.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.Commitment to infection control, safety, and professional development. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, compassionate care, supporting a collaborative team environment, and continuous improvement in nursing practice.
