Emergency Department RN - Night Shift

This role involves serving as a Travel RN in the Emergency Department, primarily during night shifts. Responsibilities include providing high-quality, safe patient care through the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Key duties involve partnering with patients and families, practicing culturally competent, relationship-based care, and ensuring effective communication within interdisciplinary teams. It requires coordinating and documenting care to promote safety and quality outcomes, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and actively participating in professional development, mentorship, and research. Qualifications include active RN licensure, current certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS, and preferably previous travel experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking, teamwork, and adherence to clinical standards within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. All duties are performed in accordance with regulatory, safety, and organizational policies.
