RN Education Coordinator - System Endoscopy Department

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary educator for new staff and coordinate with preceptors
• Participate in education for the Electronic Medical Record
• Mentor new employees and new graduate nurses
• Create an annual educational calendar in collaboration with unit leadership
• Promote clinical ladder advancement and national certification
• Facilitate Evidence Based Practice initiatives

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited BSN Completion Program required, MSN preferred
• 2+ years RN experience, or 1+ year in specialty area
• Licensed as an RN in state of practice
• Approved BLS certification required within 90 days

Compensation

$73,107 – $109,661 annually
