RN ED Regional Float Pool Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in a fast-paced, on-site Emergency Department with level 1 trauma care. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and certifications in BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or ATCN, ACLS, Trauma Nursing Core Course, and NIHSS. Commitment to ongoing education and evidence-based practice is essential. Key Duties: Care delivery at emergency and trauma levels, adherence to BCEN standards, and engagement in a collaborative, innovative clinical environment.
