RN ED Regional Float Pool Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in a high-acuity emergency department setting, providing direct patient care up to level 1 trauma designation. Responsibilities Delivering comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team.Prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and evidence-based practices.Precepting and mentoring new healthcare staff.Maintaining clinical proficiency and contributing to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.Certifications including BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or ATCN, ACLS, and Trauma Nurse Core Course.Knowledge of emergency care standards and trauma care protocols. Key Duties: Provide top-of-scope emergency care, utilize evidence-based practices, and support a collaborative team environment.
