RN ED - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: Join a dynamic emergency nursing team as part of a float pool, providing expert, compassionate care across multiple healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibilities include assessment, triage, administering treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, responding to critical situations, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care in fast-paced environments.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.Respond swiftly to emergencies and codes.Develop and implement patient care plans with healthcare teams.Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.Maintain compliance with documentation standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).Active RN license (state or Compact).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC or ATCN preferred.Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
