RN ED - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: Join the W.E.S.T. Float Team as an emergency nurse providing vital, patient-centered care across multiple healthcare facilities. You will assess, triage, administer treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, respond to critical situations, and educate patients and families. This role involves ensuring accurate documentation and delivering high-quality emergency care in diverse settings. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing services including assessment, intervention, and evaluation.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.Respond effectively to emergencies and codes.Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.Maintain accurate documentation per standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).Active RN license (Georgia or Compact).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC or ATCN preferred.Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
