Join a dynamic emergency nursing team as a member of the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool, providing expert, compassionate care across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering comprehensive emergency nursing care such as assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation. Administering medications and treatments safely. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans. Responding swiftly to critical situations and codes. Educating patients and families on care and discharge instructions. Ensuring accurate documentation in line with standards. Qualifications And Skills Required Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Active RN license (Georgia or Compact). Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC or ATCN preferred. Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
