Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Conduct regular rounds and assessments to ensure quality patient care
• Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
• Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Certifications: Current RN license and CPR certification
