We're looking for a Director of Nursing who wants to build on that, shape how our home health team works, and grow nurses into leaders along the way.

Service Area: Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, Blanchard
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day clinical operations and patient care for home health
- Hire, coach and develop RNs, LPNs, therapists and aides
- Keep the agency survey ready and compliant with Medicare home health requirements
- Review documentation, OASIS accuracy and quality outcomes, and turn findings into training
- Partner with intake, scheduling and leadership on staffing and census growth
- Be the clinical voice for our home health program in Oklahoma City
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- At least 2 years of home health experience
- Previous clinical management experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and OASIS

Schedule
Full time, Monday through Friday. Office based at NW 56th & Portland in Oklahoma City.
