BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Director to lead our new Londonderry, NH office. Compensation

• Base salary starting at $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Annual bonus opportunity up to $20,000 based on office growth and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, planning, recruiting, staffing, and fiscal performance.
• Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure compliance, client satisfaction, and best practices.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate office staff while fostering professional growth.
• Partner with and mentor your Associate Director and office leadership team.
• Stay informed on industry trends, community needs, and referral opportunities to expand services and office performance.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations.
• Serve as an ambassador of The BAYADA Way, promoting our mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire required.
• Home health experience required, with a strong understanding of clinical operations, compliance, and patient care delivery.
• Proven leadership or management experience within a healthcare setting, preferably in home health care.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to build referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, and expand market presence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead a growing office, solve complex challenges, and drive operational success.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS, PPS, and home health reimbursement models.
• Working knowledge of New Hampshire home health regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage referral sources, clients, families, community partners, and employees.
• Experience recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management.
• Senior living experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
