RN – Director of Clinical Programs

East Jordan – Full-time, in-person role in a clinic healthcare setting.

About the role

The RN Clinical Programs Director acts as a clinical team leader and supports the consistent and efficient delivery of multidisciplinary patient care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vaccines for Children program.
• Coordinate the Health Center’s NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program.
• Maintain a regular presence on the clinical floor to provide mentoring and hands-on training for non-provider clinical staff.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary team members, ensuring proactive team building and problem-solving.
• Develop, implement, and administer clinical staff competency and skills development programs.
• Supervise Team RNs and Medical Assistant (MA) team leads.

Requirements
