RN Clinical Director

About the role

We're looking for a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable RN Clinical Director to lead a team that cares for the needs of our clients in your local area. We have an immediate opening for a leader who can provide leadership, direction, and support to our team that is caring for our community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, providing home-based care to more than 3,000 clients a month, carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home. Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold an RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of home care leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel
• Provides guidance and counseling to the Branch to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services delivered by organization personnel
• Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated
• Assures the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization
• Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports, and records for the purpose of evaluation and reporting of organization activities
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal law
• Conducts performance evaluations of all Clinical employees with input from the Administrator
