About the role

The Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dermatology practice in Bemidji, MN. The position offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment with a day shift Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, and manage patient triage.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to the Scope and Standards of Practice as outlined by the American Nurses Association.

Requirements

• Graduated from a nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 400 hours of RN experience or completion of a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program that includes supervised clinical experience across the life span.
• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $30.40 - $45.36 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for eligible applicants.

Schedule

The position is a full-time day shift with 40 weekly hours.
