About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing the nursing process for top-of-scope practice. Contribute to safety, quality care, and evidence-based practices while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize patient wellness and deliver high-quality ICU care guided by AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty standards.
- Precept new staff and model proficiency to team members.
- Embrace continuous learning in a fast-paced environment, with competency validation supported by clinical educators.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.
- At least 6 months of ICU experience or completion of a fellowship.
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
