Role Overview: This position is for an ICU Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process in the ICU setting.Support and mentor team members, including precepting new staff.Contribute to patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence.Engage in continuous learning and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited or approved RN program with active state licensure.Minimum of 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a specialized fellowship.Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days post-hire.Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Key Duties Provide comprehensive ICU care supporting specialty standards and evidence-based models.Participate in ongoing education, competency validation, and quality improvement initiatives.Model proficiency and foster a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.
