About the role
Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients in the Naperville location.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms, ensuring prompt response to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred) or Associate Degree with a plan to obtain BSN within five years.
- Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Current Illinois RN licensure.
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or BLS).
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications within one year of employment.
