RN - CTU 3 - Med Surg - Night Shift

Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitor patient vitals, interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Duties

Deliver patient-centered nursing care on night shifts, including routine assessments, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and documentation. Participate in rotating weekend and holiday schedules.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• 1+ years' inpatient RN experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred, with a five-year upgrade requirement if holding only an associate degree
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or BLS)
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within one year of employment
