About the role

The Registered Nurse provides expert nursing care in the Intensive Care Units, assessing, managing, and coordinating patient care during hospitalization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans
• Administers medications and documents interventions
• Collaborates with healthcare team members
• Provides patient and family education
• Ensures timely communication of patient status
• Offers specialized care for high-risk patients, including restraint and pain management
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives
• Maintains professional competence
• Fosters a respectful, compassionate environment

Requirements

• Valid RN license in applicable states
• BLS certification
• At least one year of RN experience
• Proficiency in clinical and communication skills
• Demonstrates adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to quality care
