Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Assess patient health data
- Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide education tailored to patient needs
- Support professional development of colleagues
- Deliver compassionate psychological support
- Assist with technical procedures
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- May float to other adult inpatient units as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active Illinois RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- At least 1 year of inpatient nursing experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, ICU or ER experience, wound/ostomy certification
