RN - Critical Care (PCCU) - Nights

Role: Registered Nurse PCCU - Medical ICU Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate individualized care plans, assess patient health data, communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, provide education tailored to patient needs, support professional development of colleagues, deliver compassionate psychological support, assist with technical procedures, participate in quality improvement and research activities, and ensure compliance with regulations. May float to other adult inpatient units as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, active Illinois RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, at least 1 year of inpatient nursing experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, ICU or ER experience, wound/ostomy certification. Key Duties: Deliver safe, compassionate care; collaborate with healthcare team; educate patients and families; participate in performance improvement; support evidence-based practices; and assist with patient transport.
