RN - Critical Care Float Pool

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to become part of our Critical Care Float Pool team. The RN will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients and support various critical care units based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
• Support different critical care areas as assigned.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Previous Cardiac ICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• ACLS certification through AHA required.

NIHSS certification is not required.
