About the role

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Critical Care Float Pool (Resource Team). This 36-hour/week, night shift (18:30–07:00) position allows you to float between ICU, CVICU, and ICU Stepdown, offering a diverse and stimulating experience in a mission-driven healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Directly influence patient outcomes in critical care settings.
• Float across ICU, CVICU, and IMCU, keeping your skills sharp.

Requirements

• Current Washington/MSL RN License.
• 1 year of recent ICU RN experience.
• BLS certification.

Pay

$56.92 – $86.09 per hour, plus:

• $7.75/hour night shift differential.
• $3.50/hour Critical Care Resource Team differential.
• Potential additional pay for certifications and experience.

Schedule

36 hours per week, night shift (18:30–07:00).
