About the role
Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking an RN - Critical Care in the Memphis, TN area.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess a patient’s conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
- Maintain and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
- Manage various life-support systems such as ventilation and heart-monitoring
- Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
- Administer medications and other treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
Requirements
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to function effectively under stress
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
