Role Summary Provides professional nursing care in ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU units, adhering to state laws and hospital policies. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with team members to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by shift and unit.
