RN - Critical Care

Role Overview: This nursing position provides professional critical care nursing in designated units, such as Medical ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU. Responsibilities include: Assessing patient conditions, employing critical thinking, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, recording observations, and delegating tasks appropriately. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Nursing, current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within six months. Candidates should have 2-5 years of RN critical care experience. Skills & Attributes: Strong assessment, clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
