RN - Critical Care

About the role

This is an ongoing opportunity for registered nurses (RNs) to provide professional patient care in critical care units, including Medical ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU, across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care using critical thinking skills.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
• 2-5 years of critical care nursing experience.
• ACLS certification within six months of employment.
