RN - Critical Care

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing professional nursing care in ICU settings, including Medical ICU and Cardiac Neuro ICU. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, employ critical thinking, plan, evaluate, and monitor care, recognize changes, document observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (or plan to obtain within five years if holding an Associate Degree)Current Illinois RN licenseCPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)ACLS certification within six months of start2-5 years of critical care nursing experience Key Duties: Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care, ensure compliance with state and hospital policies, and function effectively as part of the healthcare team.
