RN Critical Access Medical Surgical/Emergency/Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Arlington, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical access hospital setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long, Monday through Friday, with some weekend coverage required.
