About the role
The Nurse Coordinator serves in a navigation role and directs care to the patients referred to the Pediatric Heart Center (PHC), primarily coordinating care within the Fetal Cardiovascular Program. This clinician is experienced and highly skilled with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of pregnancy complications and/or congenital anomalies, the major treatment modalities, symptom management, surgical care and patient education.
