About the role
Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN CM) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) position.
Responsibilities
- Perform case management duties as outlined by DCP (Department of Children and Families) minimum requirements.
Requirements
- Active RN or LMSW license.
Schedule
- 8-week assignment.
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- 4 weekend shifts per contract period.
- Epic systems in use.
- Start date: ASAP.
