About the role
This position is for an experienced outpatient RN to lead clinical quality patient safety, care gap closure by protocol, train new staff, triage daily patient phone calls and nurse visits.

Requirements
- Minimum of Three (3) years of relevant RN experience in area of specialty required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred.
- State of Florida RN license.
- PALS/ACLS certification as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment.
- BLS required.
Qualifications
- Project management and quality improvement experience preferred.
