RN Ambulatory Team Lead - Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, and delivery of care.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Aid in preparing department-specific education.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience, and safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years of recent RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range. May require some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids. Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.

Pay

Pay Range: Minimum hourly: $34.50 Maximum hourly: $54.40

Schedule

This position works Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
