RN - Clinical Supervisor, Med Surg, FT Nights

About the Role

Lead and support clinical teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Ensure appropriate staffing, collaborate with physicians and leaders to improve workflows, mentor staff, and foster a positive team culture through servant leadership. Hold staff accountable to regulatory standards, participate in performance evaluations, and promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with organizational values.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact state
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• BLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Additional licensure or certifications
• Management experience
• Change management skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform various physical movements necessary for nursing duties
