Registered Nurse - Clinical Supervisor, Med Surg, FT Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Surgical Clinical Supervisor to lead and support nursing teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor compassionate staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Manage staffing levels, patient flow, and bed allocation in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
• Promote a culture of excellence through servant leadership, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in performance evaluations and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, with preferred management and change management experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties involving reaching, bending, and twisting.
