Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor staff
- Ensure appropriate staffing and patient flow
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and physicians to improve workflows

- Recognize staff contributions and foster continuous professional growth
- Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in performance evaluations
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
- 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience
- BLS certification (or completion within 30 days)
Preferred qualifications
- BSN degree
- Additional licensure
- Management experience
